A sweet, sparkling red wine, enjoyed chilled and for its strong aromatic intensity. The carefully selected grapes, harvested at full maturity, are vinified immediately as they arrive at the winery. Due to its characteristics and the particular method of production, the wine is ready to be consumed in a few weeks after bottling.
Tasting Note:
Ruby red color, sometimes fading to pink; intensely aromatic scent, fragrant, with a delicate musky aroma. Delicate and sweet taste, pleasantly fruity, linked to an aromatic note characteristic and unmistakable.

Pairs well with fresh fruit and fruit cocktails, shortbread, pastries and cakes.
