Grape Varieties:
Nebbiolo & Barbera.
A grand red wine obtained from the union of two wines, is made with carefully selected grapes, the proportions depending on the year. The grapes, selected and harvested by hand, are vinified separately, then blended and aged for 10 months in oak barrels with an additional ageing in bottles in our cantina for about 6 months before release on the market.
Tasting Note:
Ruby red colour with dark garnet tones, intense and inviting aromas, full bodied, velvety, with a long lasting finish.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with pasta, meat, wild game, fresh and aged cheeses.
