Grape Variety:
100% Nebbiolo.
Aged in traditional oak casks for a period of 8-12months. The wine is released one year after harvest.
Tasting Note:
Impeccable garnet red colour. A scent that reminds one of wild raspberries and strawberries with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The taste is dry with good structure, elegant and harmonious. The tannins are sweet and complex.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with roast meats, grilled meats, wild game, and medium aged cheeses.
