A woman’s name to tell a story of contaminations, those that make our tradition precious: this autochthonous, in fact, currently present only in Sardinia, is said to have been brought to the island by the Spaniards. Appareance: Ruby red colour with garnet reflections, perturbing.
Aroma: It captures the attention with an explosion of fruity aromas, cherry, blackberry that go as far as jam.
Taste: On the palate caressed by soft tannins, after the first sip, the freshness of the fruit and a surprising sapidity remain impressed.
Tips: Remarkable freshness, medium body and soft tannins is the perfect red for the summer. Served chilled as an aperitif, it will be the right accent of taste on cured meats and cheeses, fried vegetables in batter. Seeing is believing.
