Grape Variety:
100% Moscato.
The carefully selected grapes, harvested at full maturity, are vinified immediately as they arrive at the winery. Due to its characteristics and the particular method of production, the wine is ready to be consumed in a few weeks after bottling.
Tasting Note:
Straw yellow colour, sometimes with greenish reflections, intense aromatic scent, lightly sparkling, crispy, fruity, ample and persistent; sweet taste, pleasantly fruity, linked to an aromatic note characteristic and unmistakable.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with tarts, pastries in general, panettone and filled pastries.
