An extraordinary `meditation wine` made from selected grapes left to dry in perforated cases while drying out to obtain a high sugar concentration. For its characteristics and particular method of production, it is assumed that this wine can enjoy a great longevity:
Tasting Note:
Golden yellow colour with amber tones, complex and intense musky aroma typical of Moscato grapes, sweet, balanced, velvety and aromatic.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with foie gras and spicy cheeses, at the end of a meal with biscotti, pastries, tarts and dried fruits.
