Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, scents of white flowers with suggestions of fresh fruit, apples and peaches, ample and persistent scent, dry, harmonious, pleasing acidity linked to a rich structure and a long aromatic finish.

Pairs well with various appetisers, seafood, shellfish, soups, creamed vegetables, pasta and risotto with seafood, fish in general.
