Vinification: The vineyard is cultivated in a balanced way in order to allow a good ripening of the grapes, which are harvested by hand. Maceration lasts for a few days.
Maturation: In wood for 12 months.
Perfume: Intense and fruity, with notes of undergrowth.
Palate: Velvety and intense tannicity, fruity and persistent taste.
Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Duration: Long.
