Santo Stefano is the result of the vinification of grapes from the vineyards of the estate that gives the wine evident characteristics of aromatic complexity and structure.

Production area
Vineyards are located in the hilly area of the municipalities of Luogosano, Sant’Angelo all’Esca, Taurasi, at 350 m above sea level.
Soil type
Clayey-calcareous soil medium deep with evident volcanic outcrops.
Winemaking
The grapes, harvested by hand around the middle of October, are pressed whole and the must is cold decanted; it follows the alcoholic fermentation that takes place for a part in French oak barrels and for the remaining part in steel. The wine remains in aging sur lies both in wood and in steel and finally matures at least 6 months in bottle.

Intense ruby red colour.
Aroma
Berries and sour cherries with a complex bouquet of spices and licorice.
Bouquet
Good body, complete on the palate with ripe and elegant tannins.
