Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel. Bottled in the spring after the harvest.
Tasting Note:
Straw yellow color and lightly sparkling. The scent releases a wonderful aroma with hints of citrus and fruit such as peaches and apricot, acacia flowers and sage.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, pairs well with sliced meats and light appetizers.
