Italy creates some of the finest wines and cheeses in the world, and the best way is to enjoy them together. There are so many incredible combinations to try, due to the sooooo many different grape varieties made in different areas and villages.

Here are a few of my favourite combinations:

Asiago – Primitivo, Amarone della Valpolicella
Burrata – Fiano, Greco, Falanghina
Fontina – Barbera d`Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco
Gorgonzola – Marsala, Moscato d`Asti
Grana Padano – Brunello di Montalcino, Lambrusco
Mozzarella – Valpolicella, Chianti Classico
Mascarpone – Prosecco, Moscato d`Asti
Parmigiano Reggiano – Prosecco, Chianti Classico
Pecorino – Prosecco, Chianti Classico
Ricotta – Prosecco, Lambrusco, Vermentino
